Overview

Entering the property via electronic security gates, you cannot help being impressed by the setting of this magnificent villa, two bay canopied car park. A double high hallway is flanked by an internal water fall, gently cascading into a small pond, three bedrooms, all with en suite are found on the ground floor. Open sided stairs lead to the first floor, where you are greeted by a large open planned lounge, dining and kitchen area, very tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern appliances.

At night you can view the twinkling lights of nearby Kamala Village and Bay through the entire glass sided wall of the living area. The master bedroom is located on this floor, as is the pool and entertainment area. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, flat screen televisions, linens and full contents provided.
