The Waterfall Villa is spacious with 2 glorious bedrooms, an air-conditioned living room that opens out to a large timber terrace, a dining room that features a beautiful Chiang Mai chandelier and a well equipped modern style kitchen with built-in fitted cabinets.
The air-conditioned masterbedroom has built-in fitted wardrobe cabinets and an ensuite bathroom with built-in fitted cabinets, with basin and shower.
The guest room is also air conditioned and has a bathroom complete with shower and a unique outdoor wash basin with built-in fitted cabinets.
The large timber terraces and a similarly large timber pool deck, means that there is plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun….dine al fresco under the stars or to enjoy a cocktail or two as the sun goes down.

The Waterfall Villa is 20 minutes away from Chaweng, where the main concentration of tourist hotels, restaurants and shops offer the usual fare of bars and restaurants that make up a tourist capital’s bustling nightlife.

It is only a short 5 minute drive to Nathon, the main commercial town of Samui. Here, you will find branches representing the country’s main banks, the main police station, electricity board, the municipal office, telephone agency, UBC cable TV service provider, main post office, the high speed internet service provider - Catnet , medical and dental clinics, the large government hospital, a large wet market , a modern Tesco supermarket, Watsons and many shops representing the island’s main importers. The new high speed ferry service plying between the mainland port of Donsak and Samui is located at Nathon. There is also a newly completed pier built specially for the landing of luxury cruise ships.


As a testament to the idyllic location, facing north toward the sea, the luxurious Four Season’s Hotel is located less than 4 minutes away to the left. The luxurious Oriental Napasai hotel, Dusit Santiburi hotel and the prestigious Santiburi golf course are located 10 minutes to the right.


The long, white, sandy and tranquil beach of Bang Por is a mere 800 meters away from the Waterfall Villa. Here you’ll find a wonderful choice of waterfront restaurants, where you can delightfully partake in freshly caught prawns, squids, clams, mussels, crabs and fish, along with many other delectable Thai and international dishes. There are also many convenience stores dotting the main road.
