Overview

Fantastic villa in excellent beach front location. Brand new in 2007. All the latest facilities including 42” Plasma TVs and DVD/home theatre in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom’s en suite bathroom is very spacious and features a bath from which you can relax and take in the views of Panwa Bay. There is a large patio for you to enjoy al-fresco dining and a bedroom-level balcony for watching the Bay’s lights at night. The house sleeps 6 people in the beds provided with the option of adding a 7th person in a camp bed. Tastefully decorated with white marble tiles on the living-level and wood-strip flooring on the bedroom level. All bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling in white marble and all walls in the house are white. The double beds are all king-size with leather trimming and there’s remote-controlled A/C in all rooms, as well as fans. You have a fully fitted Western kitchen and dining facilities inside and outside. The living room is upholstered in black leather with rugs and side-tables. Beautifully manicured gardens and a huge 40m lap-pool that’s purified by salt-water (not sea-water) as opposed to chlorine.

Villa on the beachfront level of the development and has a pool in front. Being on the beachfront level, you can easily take a walk down the beach or enjoy the sun and fresh breeze from the sea. This location provides awesome sea/island views from every room and means you can go to sleep at night whilst listening to the waves lapping the shore. You can also enjoy the stunning sunsets from your large patio over dinner/drinks whilst watching the traditional Thai “long-tail” boats returning with their day’s catch. Behind you have mountain views and, according to fen shui experts, the best karma is to have water in front and hills behind. It really is very peaceful here. 10 minutes to Phuket town.
