Overview

KS House is a nice guesthouse 5 minutes walk from Khao San Road! It has clean, functional rooms at reasonable prices, and it's got the services you need for a convenient stay. Laundry is 35 Baht a kilo (with prices for individual items, too). We have safe deposit boxes that have a dual key system for added security.

Now enjoy free Wi-Fi Internet with your own Laptop in all our rooms at K.S. House. We also have a number of computers in our lobby that you can use to surf the Net for a small fee.

If you are off on your adventures you can leave you luggage at KS House free if it's just for the day and 10 Baht a day per piece for a longer period.

All major floors have CCTV. What's best about KS House is it's upstairs restaurant. It is a great place to meet people and have a good time!

The upstairs restaurant has a CD player and you can bring your own CDs to listen to the sounds you like. The food is great, and reasonably priced, too. American Breakfast is only 60 Baht.

You can also get to watch the latest football games on KS House's huge wide-screen TV. Aside from the upstairs restaurant, KS House has a number of communal points where people can meet up with other people.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
