Overview

Chic 39 is a family-run hostel. It’s more like a home-stay where you can spend quality time in a sixty-year old wooden Thai house surrounded by nature in the heart of busy Bangkok. You can sit and listen to the nature while sipping an afternoon tea, or reading a good book in our serene backyard garden and a central courtyard. Chic 39 is one of the last traditional Thai houses that are well-preserved in this business district of Bangkok. We can assure you that there is nowhere else like here.

We are located in the heart of Bangkok, on Sukumvit Road Soi 39; only a few minute walk from sky train (BTS- Prompong station), Emporium (a high-end shopping mall), Benjasiri Park, and Japanese Town
Note- We are a family-run hostel thus we may not have many facilities like luxury hotel but we will welcome you with our warm heart like you are one of our family

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
