We require a 1 month deposit + rent , this deposit will be returned to you after check-out ( -minus bills or possible damage incured). Cancellations and Refunds Deposit minus 10% cancellation fee is refundable only if the unit is re-rented for the same booking period. Otherwise the deposit is non refundable.
