Dear Tenant,Thank you for showing interest in our flat. It is very well looked after home and we have had many happy tenants. All our windows are double glazed and have nice curtains, secure coded doors, two sun-seeking small balconies. Sitting room - internet, tel, cable flat screen TV, DVD player with many DVDs, large wall shelves, coffee table, comfortable sofas & armchairs with cusions. Bedroom - double bed with 3 changes of sheets, towels, wall units and bedside tables. Bathroom - washing machine, hoover, bath, shower, flush loo & sink. Kitchen - oven, fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle and everything is there. It is ready to live in it today, Nov 2009! Best wishes,Goyo
