Our beach villas are a real gem of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Located just 14 KM from Kota Kinabalu International airport and 20km to the city centre. All villas are beautiful two-level houses with a living space of more than 2300 sqft (including outdoor area). It is air-conditioned throughout. There is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, full size built-in wardrobe in 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 sea view balconies, 1 patio overlooking the ocean, large modern kitchen, laundry facilities and internet connection. Holidaying in a villa with a superb view of the South China Sea, with steps to the quiet white sandy beach, that allows you to stroll to the nearby islands during low tide, would definitely create an unforgettable tropical holiday experience in paradise Borneo. Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
