We have just the package for you!


A quaint, easily accessible and comfortable cottage located in the poshest neighbourhood in Nainital on the Ayarpatta hill near Claridges Naini Retreat.. There is ample parking space available. The facility is suitable for those with their own vehicle.


Enjoy the bewitching beauty around you while residing in this two bedroom fully furnished cottage complex spread over 6,500 square feet with more than fifty percent lawn and parking area. The built up area consists of two spacious bedrooms,two western style bathrooms with geysers, ironing board, spacious drawing and dining hall with a six seat sofa, an eight seat dining table and fireplace, fully operational kitchen and store equipped with cooking gas, refrigerator, toaster, utensils and elegant crockery. Other facilities include cable television and a separate sleeping room for the driver(non-chargeable) .



A two side covered verandah provides ample opportunity to take in the atmosphere in the mornings and evenings. The lawn outside can be used to bask in the sun as well as a barbecue area in the evenings or simply as a children�s play area.

The cottage is ideal for those who want to live in a town but still want to be close to nature. It is situated on a hill where there is very less construction activity as most of the land falls under a reserved forest area. It is also close to two of the most famous tourist attractions of Nainital to which tourists usually have to trudge on foot or horseback from the Mall road. These are Tiffin Top and Dorothy Seat. So is Sherwood College, one of the most prestigious boarding schools of the country.

The stay can be best enjoyed by taking nature walks which are possible on easy walking trails, some of which are unpaved. There is ample opportunity for bird watching and short treks.


The entire cottage complex is available on a per night basis of Rs 2,600 for up to six persons till April 30. From May 1 to July 7, 2009 it is available for Rs 3,600 per night for four persons. Each extra person (maximum two more) will be charged Rs 200 per head and extra beds will be provided for them. The package will include bed tea and break fast. Minimum package available is for two nights.
We do not rent out for a single night.



Guests will be provided with change of bed sheets as well as towels if stay is extended beyond three nights. The entire cottage will be cleaned on a daily basis. Round the clock electricity and water supply is available. Wood for the fireplace or barbecue will be provided on market rates


Guests will not be charged separately for use of LPG cylinder and all accessories provided in the kitchen .A caretaker stays in a separate outhouse. The services of a cook are also available.

We have a fully functional kitchen and guests are welcome to try their hand at any dish they want to prepare. The chef is however there to make your breakfast and also your dinner if you so wish. He looks after the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen. We have a small room which can sleep a driver.
