The Beach Resort is located at a distance of 24 Kms from the Trivandrum International Airport/Railway Station and reached by road by a 30 minutes drive passing through Kovalam the renowned tourist spot and on way to Poovar.



It is on the western side of the end of the Indian Peninsula at latitude of 80 degree, 21 min. and 29 seconds and logitude of 77 degree 01 minutes and 12 seconds.
The area of the resort is. 1.05 acres of reclining hilly terrain sloping down in terraced gardens to a depth of about 50 meters to the wide beach sentried on either side with roack formations to provide an exclusivity to it .

The place arounds in emerald green of the swaying coconut palm leaves and takes on myriad hues of lusty colours from dawn to dusk
