Beautiful stone clad new bungalow built in old Portuguese style villa. Old fruit bearing trees and a BBQ station in the garden. Bungalow located in the cove is a bird watcher's paradise. Proximity to beach: The location of the property is right next to Cidade De Goa hotel, a 5 star hotel, which is on Vainguinim beach. Distance of the house from the beach is a 3 min walk. All Goa hotspots are 15 min drive away.

Recreation facilities:
Arrangement can be made at Hotel Cidade De Goa, the 5 star hotel, which is a 3 min walk from the house for use of their health club, swimming pool, steam and sauna facilities at nominal daily/monthly cost. Walk bare-foot to the beach in 3 minutes - literally, laze in the garden on the lounge chairs, or get comfortable in front of the 40" LCD TV - the choice is all yours. Very peaceful and quiet area.East facing and therefore first rays of sun rising above the hill in front of the house, warm the main entrance to the house directly. Furnished in Indian ethnic wooden furniture. Air-conditioners in all bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with washing machine, fridge, gas, microwave, mixer, juicer, iron, iron board, bread toaster, utensils, pressure cooker, crockery, cutlery, etc. to make your stay comfortable and to assist you to look after your dependents without a worry. Safe for children to play as absolutely no traffic - just the chirping of birds. Very comfortable for senior citizens as only a single level property. Has 3 bedrooms (2 of these have attached bathrooms, 1 bathroom is common - total 3 bathrooms), living room, dining area, and kitchen. The servant's room and bathroom, and 2 covered car parks are part of the basement with access only from outside the house. Care-taker of the property is always on the vigil.Available on daily/ weekly/ monthly / annual basis.If you have not tried renting a home before and have always lived in a hotel then think about this: A bungalow with 3 airconditioned bedrooms at this price is much cheaper than 3 hotel rooms. In a bungalow you have your own common areas which are private to you - like the living room and the garden where you can be together as a group. This facility is not available in a hotel. On one side it is in close proximity of Old Goa which not only has the famous churches of Goa but also the famouse Salim Ali bird sanctuary.



On the other side it is 15 minutes drive away from the North Goa beaches.



Dona Paula area has some famouse hospitals of Goa.
