Overview

The property has been completely renovated and is now the perfect mix of old and new, lofty ceilings, wooden shutters, some original floors whilst all modern facilities are now provided. A large airy kitchen which opens onto a dining terrace outside and into the interior dining room has all modern appliances and a central work unit. The extremely spacious living room is furnished with an eclectic mix of old and new. The two bedrooms in the main house are both air-conditioned and comfortable. An outsized shared bathroom is sleek and modern and has a large glass shower cubicle.In adjoining accommodation there is a further double air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is a separate entrance from the garden and this could be the perfect bolt hole for grandparents or other family members when in need of a retreat.

Location & area

Carmona is a sleepy coastal village in south goa situated close to Cavelossim with its many restaurants, the luxury of many 5* hotels are easily accessible by car. The unspoilt beach, a 10 minutes drive away, is the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming or taking a stroll at sunset. There are a few beach shacks which all offer refreshments at reasonable prices. Sun beds and shade are available outside these shacks and can be used for the price of a drink.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
