I'm a Canadian Chinese that has been here for over 3 years and have helped many worldwide tenants with their travel needs. There will be travel books, pamphlets, maps etc...etc provided to help your travelling more efficient and at ease.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
