Overview

This is a new apt in a small block, fully furnished to a high standard, with central heating, air con and 24hr security guard. The apt is on the first floor and it can be reached by stairs or a well maintained lift. Accomodation consists of a double room with king size bad and a single bunk, and an additional room with two single beds, there is another single bed in the lounge area. All rooms have sea views. Facilities include, DVD and Video player with a selection of films, satalite TV and CD player, the kitchen is excellently equipped with electric kettle, toaster and also benifits from a microwave and washing machine. Taxis are readily available outside the building for the short journey to either Sousse or Pt El Kantaoui.
