Overview

The cottage was recently renovated and has a warm character. It is located at the east side of False Bay next to the wine region of South Africa. Each bedroom has a Television with satellite connection and a new split unit air-conditioner. Only top quality linen was used to fit the rooms (All 100% cotton percale - 395 count) - floors = carpets. The bathroom consists of a bath, basin and shower with a separate guest toilet. The laundry is equipped with a new washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen consists of a fridge, a Hob and an under-counter oven. The lounge is equipped with a TV, DVD-player, and VCR with Satellite connection (DSTV)- wooden floor. The cottage has a lovely warm character and is located walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes drive to the local golf course. There is a huge shopping mall just 3,6 km's from the cottage. Lots of entertainment, leisure and recreational activities exist in the area. The "5 Palms guide" will direct you to all the well known activities in the region. Restaurants, golf courses, wine farms/cellars, Shark cage diving, mountain biking, quad biking and fishing are just a few activities to mention.

The coastal Town of Strand is located on the east side of False Bay, next to Somerset West. It is a 20 minutes drive from Cape Town International airport. Take the N2 (National Rd) to Somerset west. Turn off at Somerset West turn-off into the direction of the Somerset Mall, Strand. Turn right into Beach Rd and left into Woltemade str. 5 Block onwards, turn right into Brand str - Cottage at 102 Brand str, Strand

The whole unit is upmarket and averaged priced. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, Laundry, Kitchen and lounge/dining room. The rooms are equipped with: Room1 - A King size Extra length bed with top quality linen (100% cotton percale, 395 count). Next to the bed are 2 pedestals and a headboard specially designed to match the warm character of the room. There is a powder desk with a large mirror and a hair dryer. Towels and towel rack are provided. The room has split-unit air conditioning (top range Samsung). A wall mounted TV with Satellite DSTV- connection is part of the deal.

One full bathroom with separate toilet. The laundry has a Washing Machine, tumble dryer
