The 4 star rated Umlilo Lodge is located in St. Lucia, a small coastal village surrounded by the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park, South Africa's first National World Heritage Site, on the North Coast of KwaZulu Natal
Lake St. Lucia is a large estuarine lake abundant with hippo, crocodiles, fish and hundreds of bird species. The area comprises rivers, lakes, marsh, mangrove swamps and huge sand dunes, with beautiful unspoiled beaches.
We are walking distance from all the Shops and Restaurants, so dinner is not a problem. We also have a Boma where you can join us in the evenings around a fire (Umlilo) when having a Braai or Traditional Dinner in an African Pot. The 3 coarse dinners are on request.
Our 11 en-suit bedrooms are air-conditioned and has got TV's, 11 DSTV channels, Bar Fridges, etc. to make your visit as comfortable as possible. The bathrooms have got baths and showers. All the rooms overlook the swimming pool.
Relax on the wooden deck by the pool or in the bar lounge with full DSTV. The lounge is surrounded by a stream fishpond. Free ADSL internet access. All St Lucia Activities can be booked at the Lodge.
Included in the rate are a full Continental / English breakfast.
