The property was completely refurbished in 2008 and has been furnished in a very clean and modern style. There are two Fridge/Freezers enough to accommodate the storage of food and wine for a family of 6/8 persons.
The small downstairs study is furnished with a double bed/settee and can be used as a 4th bedroom for overnight guests.
It is fully equipped with everything including linen, cooking utensils, B-B-Q tools etc and is ready to just walk in the door and live in.
There is and excellent patio off the lounge in a walled and secluded area together with the garden makes it ideal for a relaxing and security protected lifestyle.
Wine has made the name Stellenbosch and the Winelands resonate around the globe as one of South Africa's premier tourist destinations and attractions.
Daily wine tasting, cellar tours and sales are offered at most cellars and many of these have restaurant and picnic facilities. The nearest Vineyard is only a matter of minutes drive from the house and the following link, together with the map listed below shows the incredible number of excellent Vineyards within easy reach.
You are spoiled for choice if golf is your game. Somerset West, Stellenbosch and the Winelands has truly magnificent golf courses where you can enjoy a day of sporting excellence in a picturesque setting, with a choice from the numerous courses in close proximity to the property.
