The living area is spacious with dining table for 4, 2 couches, and a double sleeper couch, with internet point, tv, and open-plan equipped kitchen, large balconies from the living area with views, BBQ. The bedroom with 2 single beds is spacious with sea views.
The studio is situated 5 minutes drive from the Humewood Lynks golf course, 500meters from the beach (Pollock beach in Summerstrand), the University, 1 km from the shopping centre, 2 kms from the casino, the boardwalk, and Hobbie beach.
