Overview
This is a lovely double storey home with it's own private jetty. Situated in a Marina environment with 24 hour access control and excellent security, this is a lovely home for a family or a smaller party on holiday.
Fully furnished and equipped and only a short drive to the famous Addo Elephant park, home of the "Big 5" and a lot more. Enjoy some of the best beaches in South Africa.
The house has two lounge areas, an open plan dining and kitchen area, and outside loungers.
There are 4 bedrooms which sleeps 8, and 3 bathromms with 2 being en-suite. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring stove, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave and oven. For laundry purposes there is a washing machine and tumble drier. A maid service is however available. There is also barbeque facilities and a garage available.
The rental period must be longer than 7 days.

Port Alfred is situated a short drive of 150km's from either East London or Port Elizabeth which are both serviced by airports. The town itself is small but has all the required ameneties such as restuarants and supermarkets for a lovely, self catering holiday. Less than an hours drive are many attractions, two top golf courses, and the beaches are less than a Km from the house.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
