This delightful wooden home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within 100m from the famous beach in Kleinemonde, Eastern Cape - South Africa, the house has a 200 degree sea and lagoons panoramic view at the front and a view of the mountains at the back. Kleinemonde is in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and 15km from Port Alfred on the road to East London.The house sleeps 5 people with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV's with Satellite viewing, a built-in safe, off-street parking, a local shop, petrol station and pub / restaurant all within a 10 minute walk.The living area has level access from the street and there are no stairs in the house and is therefore extremely friendly to disabled persons. With a beautiful sea view from the enclosed deck, lounge, dining area and two of the bedrooms, you will be able to enjoy House Purfikt and the beach at all times !
