The master bedroom has a king size bed and is unique in its open plan design incorporating a sunken bath, shower and separate toilet. It has spectacular sea views and French doors opening onto a pretty garden.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large window seat overlooking the garden that can also be used as another bed.
The third bedroom has a double bed and French doors opening onto the garden. There is a family bathroom which features a Victorian bath, a shower and toilet.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed and its own en suite shower, basin and toilet.
The upper level of the self-catering Villa features a spacious open plan living area comprising a lounge area as well as a dining area, both with French doors leading onto the large sun-drenched balcony. The balcony provides you with magnificent views of Noordhoek Beach (less than 800m away!) and the beautiful Noordhoek valley.



Leading off the main living area is the uniquely designed kitchen with its stainless steel units, modern amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, stove and coffee maker, and lovely large window seat offering yet another panoramic view of the Noordhoek bay.



Also on the upper level, the large tv/sunroom has sea views of the Atlantic ocean and leads onto a wooden deck forming part of the beautiful back garden and mountain. The room has a television, hi-fi and DVD player. There is also a ceramic wood burning fireplace, perfect for the colder times!



The self-catering Villa in Noordhoek is set on one and a half acres of mountainside, and the back garden is framed by this lovely indigenous bush which also provides complete seclusion. There is a sparkling pool set into a large granite rock with a small baby pool. The back garden also hosts the braai/barbeque, making this a perfect entertainment area!



Beach Road Villa has off street parking, and a garage for 2 vehicles.
