Brand new Tuscan Villa.

3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and pool area.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave with rotisserie and a fantastic undercover gas braai (no stove).

Tuscany is within walking distance to the beach and is currently only serviced once a week but additional servicing can be organized.

The property is not free standing as it has been built as an addition to the main house, but the main house is owned by a professional couple who are seldom there. The rental unit is very private though with separate entrance and has its own double garage.

There are fantastic views.
