Kalk Bay is a small, vibrant fisherman's village with working harbour, surrounded by many coffee shops, restaurants, bohemian style shops, boutiques, art and antique stores. It provides the perfect environment to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Cape. There are some excellent restaurants in Kalk Bay, with spectacular views over the sea and crashing waves when the swell is high. One of our favourites is Harbour house restaurant at the harbour, with fabulous cocktail lounge and bar. There are also a number of attractions a short drive away:
