Overview

Noordhoek Beach Villa is accredited 4 stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. The villa offers open-plan living with luxurious flow from the kitchen through the separate dining and living rooms to the large, sunny deck and beach pool, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy the dappled shade while lazing in the hammock.



LivingThe main lounge on the ground floor has a fireplace and large concertina doors opening onto the large wooden pool deck. The spacious upstairs lounge has French doors leading onto a wooden balcony with beautiful sea and mountain views. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight, fully equipped with chrome 5-plate gas stove, double oven, marble surfaces and chrome appliances.



Leisure
The villa offers a variety of leisure facilities with the large solar heated beach pool including removable fence for toddler safety, big garden, barbeque, jungle gym and decks with spectacular views. Relax on comfortable sun loungers with a glass of fine Cape wine and watch the sun sink into the blue Atlantic Ocean.



Bedrooms
5 luxury bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom is sea-facing and has a king size bed and doors leading onto a balcony with spectacular sea views, elegant bathroom. On the ground floor, the unique master bedroom leads onto the pool deck and has a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms, also on the ground floor, have queen and twin beds respectively and a modern newly renovated family bathroom. The fifth bedroom has two single beds.
All bedrooms have quality beds and hotel quality bed linen, feather down duvets and pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with hairdryers, heaters and ample wardrobe space.
