Accommodation comprises of a large lounge with a fold-out sleeper couch, one large double bedroom with ample cupboard space, full bathroom (shower, toilet, basin and bidet) and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook.
There is a patio overlooking a communual garden and swimming pool. Please note for families this swimming pool is unprotected so parental guidence is essential. The accommodation is centrally located for golf, hiking, walking, surfing, beaches, shopping and cultural activities like theatre and live music. Table Mountain and Cape Town City centre are only 25 minutes drive.
