The house is a few minutes from the beaches and walks up Table Mountain start from the back door.

The unique setting has been matched with unique architecture, including a bridge linking parts of the house over a natural rock and indigenous garden.

Indoor and outdoor spaces are integrated, with 7 timber viewing decks offering different uninterrupted panoramas of the ocean, Lion's Head, Table Mountain and the 12 Apostles.

Combined with brand new finishes to the highest international standards, including 4 en-suite bedrooms, an eight metre swimming pool, free wireless broadband capability and security – Fusion offers luxury living and privacy in the most beautiful location in Cape Town.

The house may be partitioned into the main house, sleeping up to six, and an attached flatlet, sleeping a further two and may be rented as the main house only, or the full house.
