Being adjacient to the M3 freeway it is ideally situated to give easy access to much of the Cape Peninsular - 5 minutes from the Table Mountain Range, 2 minutes from excellent shopping centre and restaurants, 5 minutes from vinyards, 15 - 20 minutes from beaches and the famous Victoria & Albert Waterfront.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
