Overview
Cherry Lane is magnificently positioned - approximately 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town and the popular Waterfront, and at the same time is situated in the historical wine area of the Cape.
The rural lifestyle lends itself to horse riding, mountain walks, cycling and general outdoor interests. 10-15 minutes drive to nearest beaches, shopping centres and places of interest.
The house consists of a double bed, twin bed, single bed and bunk bed with a sleeper couch in the TV room. Spacious sitting room/dining area with sliding doors leading out onto a covered veranda. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, iron & toaster. Separate TV room with DSTV & fireplace.
Solar heated pool, double carport.
