From Cape Town CBD:

Take N1 to Paarl and take the Paarden Eiland/ Milnerton offramp (R27) - Keep going straight on the Marine Road which eventully becomes becomes Otto du Plessis Rd. Turn left into Sandown Road and then turn left at the Spar into Rochester Road. Before the dead end, turn left into Balmoral Road. The complex is on the right hand side on a sharp bend to the left.



From N1 Paarl:

From N1 towards Cape Town take the Plattekloof Offramp (M14) and turn right into Plattekloof Road. Keep going straight all the way to the T Junction (Caltex refinery on right hand side) and turn right into Koeberg Road. Pass the Caltex refinery on your right and turn left at the robots into Blaauwberg Road. Go straight until you get to large intersection between Bayside Shopping Centre and Tablview Shopping Centre and then turn right into Otto du Plessis Rd. Turn left into Sandown Road and then turn left at the Spar into Rochester Road. Before the dead end, turn left into Balmoral Road. The complex is on the right hand side on a sharp bend to the left.

The laundry in the complex is very close to the apartment and the cost is R7 for a large load.

Next to the swimming pool, you'll find the clubhouse which is reserved for residents in the complex. The bar area is complete with a fridge, some couches, a pool table and a dart board ensuring that entertainment is easy and accessable. There is also a toilet there so you won't have to keep running back to the apartment. You can even play outdoor chess!
