As you enter Bingley, you will be overwhelmed by the amazing views of the Twelve Apostles, Bakoven and Bali Bay, which are directly below the house. Table Mountain is near by, and there is immediate access to the beach with adequate parking. There is a single garage available as well a tarred parking area on Victoria Road directly below the house. Bingley is a stroll away from Camps Bay beach, fine restaurants, shopping center, and Theatre on The Bay.

There are two double bedrooms en suite and a touch of eccentricity with an outdoor original cast iron Victorian bath and shower under a canopy of shrubs for privacy, with glorious sea views!


Bingley dates back to the 1920’s and is situated on 1207 square meters of indigenous, hilly garden. It offers two bedrooms en suite – king sized bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom (which can be made up as a double). There are fans and heater panels in lounge and bedrooms, original old fireplace in lounge, all decorated in the 1920 style with some original furniture, with brand new kitchen and all modern conveniences including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
