Overview
All our rooms are en-suite and exquisitely decorated, echoing the charm of the original Victorian home. Our rooms also have flat screen TVs and wi-fi connection. Our rates include a delicious breakfast including free-range eggs, a variety cheese and fruits, preserves and breads served by Michael and Cher, who can offer assistance and information with airport transfers, car hire, restaurants, leisure and sport reservations.
We have over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry.
We are very conveniently situated 2 minutes WALK to the 2010 Stadium, 8 minutes walk to the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point and De Waterkant's bistros, restaurants and nightlife; 5 10 minutes drive to the city centre, Table Mountain, Clifton and Camps Bay beaches and a mere 45 minutes away from such scenic attractions as the winelands and Cape Point. Cape Town International airport is 20 minutes away.

We pride ourselves on our service and each day a wholesome breakfast is served by Cher or Michael, who can advise guests about excursions or events happening in Cape Town.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
