Overview

Affordable Views Villa is a large modern family home overlooking Fish Hoek valley and False Bay with a heated swimming pool [with safety net] and indoor braai.

Other features include a sea-facing balcony, DSTV [bring your own card], an inclusive daily cleaning service, a baby sitting service at R15 per hour, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, lock up garages and off-street parking.

Great mountain and beach walks! It is a 3 minute drive to popular Fish Hoek beach, featuring: a kid's playground, restaurants and calm waters. The temperature of the water here is approximately 5-7 degrees warmer than that off the beaches of the Atlantic Coast (Camps Bay, Hout Bay, etc).

World-renowned attractions, all within 15 minutes drive, include Cape Point Nature Reserve, Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony, Chapman's Peak Drive and the Constantia Wine Route.

Central Cape Town, Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Robben Island and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront are all within a radius of 35 minutes by car.

The house is available for a minimum of 14 nights from 10 December to 5 January each year.
