The perfect place for a relaxing holiday....
Fish Hoek is a small, quiet, friendly seaside resort situated on the False Bay coast about 45 minutes drive from the centre of Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport. It boasts one of the most beautiful, safe beaches in the area.
Abington is a conveniently situated secure townhouse bordering the Silvermine River Nature Conservation Area overlooking the Clovelly Mountains. It is across the road, from the estuary and Fish Hoek Beach and is adjacent to the popular Silvermine River Nature Walk.
The Fish Hoek village shops, restaurants, and facilities are within easy walking distance. A short drive away is the popular Long Beach Mall with all conveniences and within ten minutes you are at, Clovelly Country Club and Westlake Golf Course, two of the finest golf courses in the Western Cape.
This quality, comfortable home can accommodate 5/6 guests and offers
Open plan kitchen, breakfast bar and sunny spacious lounge which opens to an enclosed sun room and deck with views across the estuary towards the mountains;
Main bedroom has a queen bed and colour TV with a shower en suite;
The second and third bedroom are comfortably sized, have single beds and access to a second bathroom with shower. A sixth guest may be accommodated on a fold-out sleeper. A baby camp cot is available;
Fully equipped kitchen with all crockery, cutlery and standard electrical appliances, including microwave and dishwasher. There are no laundry facilities but there are numerous laundrettes in the village;
All linen is provided, beach towels are available on request;
Hair dryers, ceiling fans, oil heaters are supplied for your comfort;
