The best thing about the Soho apartments- besides their uber modern feel- is the views that every apartment enjoys through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The apartment is situated right above a pretty Green Point park and a historical church, with a view of the rest of the suburb all the way to the harbour, a few blocks away.

The apartment is decorated in neutral, modern tones and wooden stairs wind their up to the bedroom that also takes advantage of the view. The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect in your own home, while mirrors and trendy artwork decorate the walls. Bar stools provide a cosy eating space, while meals can also be enjoyed outside on the balcony. A slick New York style couch rests in front of a massive plasma screen TV with PVR satellite.
