We offer a delightful and spacious 1934 home, centrally situated in the sleepy town of Fishhoek, Cape own and a 5 minute walk to the main bathing beach, shopping areas and restaurants. The owner managed house, with renovated original wooden flooring, sleeps 6 in comfort.
The house is fully equipped with full range linen and towels. Decorations are tasteful and allow you to get the true sensation of a home away from home. You need bring nothing but your beach towels.

Lounge/Dining room with bar area for long evenings of relaxation or when the weather is less than perfect. This room is equipped with TV, DVD, and music system. Satellite TV BUT PLEASE BRING OWN MULTICHOICE SIM CARD . Games and puzzles for all ages are provided. A book case equipped with novels is found.
Kitchen: The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped for convenience: Apart from the oven and hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and microwave oven you will find a washer, drier and dish washer. A mountain view from the kitchen makes meals and food preparation a relaxing experience. Kitchen equipment includes all glassware, crockery, pots and pans.
Bedroom 1: Double bed with pedestals and build in cupboards leading into a bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and extra cupboard space. A dressing table completes the ensemble.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with pedestals and cupboard. A large bedroom with lots of sun and views of the mountains. A piano in one corner is available for merry entertainment.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds and build in cupboard, ideal for younger visitors but equally comfortable for use by adults.
Bathroom 2: Consists of a spacious shower, toilet and wash basin in close proximity to all bedrooms.
General:
Animals allowed if fully house trained. The back yard is fully fenced and safe. Please enquire during booking.
Outside:
Paving all around the house allows for outside entertainment for all weather conditions. A portable barbeque and garden furniture are provided.
A western view allows for sunset views from the front patio ideal for sundowners.
A double automated tandem garage is available ideal for storing sporting equipment.
