Overview

Olifantskop Lodge is an ideal base from which to explore the neighbouring towns of Alicedale, Paterson and Addo including the many game parks with their spectacular scenery and rich vegetation. These parks are a haven to the Big Five as well as a large variety of other wildlife.

The list of Game Parks includes the famous Addo National Park, Amakhala Game Reserve, Schotia Safaris and Bushman Sands Game Reserve just outside Alicedale. Animals that Guests will be able to view at these parks include the recently reintroduced African Wild Dog, Addo Elephants, Cape Buffalo, Lions, Hippo and Giraffe to mention a few.

Location & area

From Port Elizabeth follow the N2 towards Grahamstown. At Ncanaha(Nanaga) take the N10, follow the road until you come to the Alicedale turn-off (11kms north of Paterson)
Turn right, you will immediately see the GATE to Olifantskop Lodge on your right, turn in and follow the road up to the house. (Please do not go down the Alicedale Road)
