Modern design with spacious living accommodation
The apartment complex runs 480 linear metres along the beach. Inside the complex are 6 restaurants/bars, 4 coffee shops and two ice cream parlours, 2 large swimming pools with separate child zone.
The seafront promenade offers a wide range of leisure activities including tennis, football and basketball together with little cafés where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular sea views or just watch the world go by.
Long beaches of fine white sand are backed by gently rolling green hills covered in flowers. The view across the water is to Gibraltar and the coast of southern Spain.
A new water park is located only 300 metres away.
A car is not essential as everything for a relaxing beach holiday is at hand. In the areaTétouan, only 10 minutes drive has everything from restaurants, banks to cafés. It is here you cross from the new to the old when you enter the bustling medina housing no less than 20 mosques.The medina with its labyrinth of passage ways is a real treasure trove for the souvenir hunters. Museums, artisanal schools, fresh fish, fruit and veg markets, there is even a palace converted into a restaurant where the fish and seafood is excellent value for money.
