Overview
4 Bedrooms: One of them is at the groundfloor with Queen Size bed and spacious wardrobe with seaview Three are at the first floor, one with Double Size bed, one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds (two of the bedrooms at the first floor are air- conditioned - all have sea view).
3 Bathrooms (with shower): One of them is at the ground floor opposite the bed room Two are at the first floor Combined Living / Dining area (sitting 8 people) TV Room The kitchen is equipped with Microwave, Gas/El. Stove, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Maker etc.) Other facilities: a washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms.
The house is equipped with solar heating to have hot water available anytime and everywhere. A security system is also installed.
A maid is available for 3 hours per day (cooking and cleaning) apart from Sundays. The swimming pool in front of the house has a spacious veranda allowing for outside entertaining and dining.
The beach is part of a wide lagoon protected by the reef for safe swimming and other water sport activities. From the living / dining area you access the spacious veranda, the garden and the beach.
The Villa is close to the ferry to Ile aux Cerfs in Trou dEau Douce and local restaurants.

Trou d'Eau Douce is, in our opinion, one of the most typical island villages and well worth visiting. Like most coastal spots, it is a weekend and summer resort for those who own beach cottages, but it is also a fishermen's village. It is as if it deliberately chose to remain that way despite the nearby hotels. Its houses, modest but well kept, are generally hidden behind as many trees and plants as could possibly grow on the tiny surface of the gardens.
The people of the area are generally regarded as being poor and uneducated. This may create the impression that they are a grumpy and unfriendly breed. In reality, the people of Trou d'Eau Douce are simply immersed in their own world and generally do not interfere with foreigners unless invited to do so. Clocks in living rooms are mainly for ornamental purposes as the lives of their owners depend much more on the tides and the moon phases.
