Overview

The villa is well maintained and equipped with older colonial style furniture which gives it a very special atmosphere.

Downstairs (3 bedrooms)

-Bedroom 1 - double bed plus small single bed and a ceiling fan.
-Bedroom 2 - double bed with ceiling fan.
-Bedroom 3 - double bed, ceiling fan and also its own bathroom with shower and WC en suite.
-All bedrooms have direct access to the outside terrace which runs the full length of the house.
-Bathroom with bath (fitted additionally with a shower head) and WC located between bedrooms 1 and 2.
-Kitchen with gas cooker with electric oven, coffee machine, toaster washing machine, microwave and refridgerator.

Upstairs

-Large open air terrace with a roof, an ocean view, a dining table and chairs.
-Bedroom with double bed and TV connecting directly to the terrace.
-Dining room with table and chairs, a bar and refridgerator.
-Second small terrace on the side of the house.
-Kitchen with cooker with 4 gas burners and an electric oven, microwave and refridgerator.
-Bathroom with a shower and WC
