Nice little fishing village situated on the northern coast of Mauritius. The village of Grand Gaube is a tourist zone of the North only 15-20 minutes drive from the main resort areas of Grand Bay and Pereybere. The villa is in close proximity to local shops, also local taxi services at the 4 hotels and public transport are available. It used to be a forgotten place, but thanks to Calodyne... sur mer, the legends, Mauritius and Paul et Virginie hotels. Facilities & Entertainment to those 4 hotels are opened to non residence. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner). Grand Gaube has got a Post Office, Petrol Station, Police Station, Doctor Surgery, Restaurants, mini Supermarket, local shops, Pizzeria (mainly a take away), ATM in Goodlands and the four hotels listed up there.It's quiet to live here, just like a village should be....Villamukadam is an ideal location for anyone who wants to relax in privacy yet be close to the island's main attractions.

Is one of the new properties in the Grand Gaube Melville Project. The development is surrounded with unspoilt countryside behind and the nearest beach is just minutes stroll away. Our villa sits beside a large communal pool for adults and a seperate children pool, recreation centre and clubhouse set in a beautiful landscaped garden. The villa can easily sleep 6 adults with spacious accomodation being shared over 3 storeys. The ground floor offers lovely, airy open-plan living; tastefully furnished lounge leads to a co-ordinating dining room for 6 and a fully fitted kitchen with all facilities including ironing board/iron & washing machine. The dining room feature a door leading at the rear car port. The lounge is made up of a 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs and also feature a set of patio doors; leading to a covered terrace and access to the pool area. For your entertainment we have a good selection of books, boardgames and a wide range of DVD films for you to watch. The staircase leads to the first floor with 2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have twin beds, matching furniture and sharing a huge wet room hot/cold shower bathroom. The 3rd and master bedroom is found on the 2nd floor with its own en-suite with a wet room hot/cold shower. The master suite features a double bed with matching furniture and enjoys its own open terrace with seaview and overlooking the swimming pool with a pergola where you can have breakfast or drinks watching the sunset. Notes: All rooms have their own remote controlled air-conditioning. Bed linen & bathroom towels provided. Daily maid service available
