Overview

I have tried to give you the maximum information regarding our apartment through these photos. Please click on the pictures so as to enlarge them and thus can have a better view.
Quiet, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere, semi detached, with all comfort and facilities, very spacious 100m2.
The apartment is semi detached, has only two are air-conditioned rooms, the master bedroom has an attach toilet and bathroom. There is also a bathroom and a common toilet. American style, the kitchen is well equipped - microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine. A dinner table for 6, a spacious lounge and also a sofa bed. TV, DVD, and TNT. No internet provided an internet cafe only 5 mins walk. At the back you have a terrace, ideal also for grill or an evening drink. We also have a barbeque grill and a baby bed that we bring only on demand.
Normally in Mauritius, 90% of the seaside apartments have a ground plus one, AnjuVilla (Le Camellia)is on the ground floor. Therefore, ideal for all ages, ideal also for parents having children because they can play safely. In front of the complex you have a pleasant common swimming pool and your private parking.
All linen, towels, and sheets are provided.
Overall cleaning will be done free once per week. During the week you can use the washing machine if you have dirty linens or garments.
AnjuVilla (Le Camellia) is a self catering apartment if you do not wish to cook; on the main road you have lot of restaurants. If ever you want to have a cook Anju can arrange one. There is also some tourist shops, motorcycles, bicycles and car rental, discos, supermarkets, and if ever you want to take a bus to go to Port Louis, Quatre Bornes or Curepipe, the bus stop is in the corner of the main road.
I also have another apartment in the Montagu complex that I also rent, I have included a photo of this complex in this advert. American style kitchen and three bedrooms, please ask me for some more info and photos.
As I work in Flic en Flac, and, therefore is in Flic en Flac on working days, I try my best to give my customers a maximum of facility and help and I always try to give this little extra, compared to the other owners. The price will also will be the best, when taking in consideration the level and the quality of the apartment offered.
