The spacious and well equipped villa has 4 double bedrooms and offers plenty of room for large families or groups of friends. Many facilities such as shops, banks and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The house has 3 floors:

Ground Floor:

Kitchen with refrigerator / freezer, washing machine, microwave oven and electric cooker with 4 gas plates.
Living area with couches, chairs, dining table, television set and CD player/radio.

Floor 1:

Two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cms wide) and an air conditioner.
