EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The villa sits at the beginning of the village, close to other villas and yet very private. The villa is accessed through a fully wooden gate and a nice cobblestone driveway that leads down to the main door. The villa has two verandas and all around a beautiful garden composed of roses, geraniums, palms and other plants. It is also beautifully furnished with oak furniture and have a private entrance and outdoor eating areas.



INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

(240 m2) Two floors. The house has been completely restored with terracotta floors and wooden-beamed ceilings. It is a rustic-style property that has been comfortably furnished with a blend of traditional French style and textiles, with modern amenities and fabrics.



Ground floor: The entrance leads directly into the living room. The living room has coffee tables, sofas seating up to 6 people, a bar, fan , mirror, satellite TV, stereo and DVD. T he well- equipped American kitchen, with access to a private terrace, has solid oak built-in cupboards, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining room with a table seating 6-8 people with access to a covered veranda (40m2) equipped with garden furniture, dining table seating up to 6 people and a BBQ corner.

There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which is a double bedroom and the second one is with a queen size bed ( 180*200cm) room. Both rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning. The bedrooms share one bathroom with a shower (with wall mounted shower head) and one WC. There is also a laundry including a washing machine, iron and an iron board.

Up a stone staircase to the first floor : Spacious open landing with access to a spacious room with a queen size bed (180*200cm), walk-in closet including a digital safe and a beautiful en-suite marble bathroom with both bath and separate shower including an oak massage power shower board, bidet and WC. French doors open onto the balcony offering a garden view. The single bedded room (90*200cm & suitable for children) with an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Both rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning.

Les Amarres villa is located in the very centre of a small, picturesque fishing village called Albion which is located on the west coast of Mauritius. Port-Louis, the capital of the island is a 15 minutes drive from the village. The house is just 500 meters from the sea and close by are bus stops for other towns, making this accommodation a wonderful choice for couples and families. The island’s international airport is a 40 minutes drive. The capital of the islöand Port-Louis famous for its typical flair, shopping centres is about 10 minutes by car.
