Villa Mwangi is a privately owned lovely Holiday Cottage rented out since 1998 and used regularly by the owner and his family once or twice a year.There is a family athmosphere with the same staff ( cook and housemaid ,watchman,gardener and housekeeping) since almost 10 years .Accommodation is inexpensive yet kind of exclusive with your personal housemaid and chef .This is away from mass tourism and a small paradise in the tropics .Ideal for honeymooners,individualist,families with children and adventurers.The dream beach is just 8 mins walk from Villa Mwangi .

Diani Beach is ca 25 miles south of Mombasa ,known as South Coast.Diani has still the character of an typical African Coast Village but has meanwhile a well developed touristic infrastructure : Barclays Bank with ATM ,bars and restaurants,a small nightclub,shopping centre ,etc . For more local colour the next local Village is Ukunda,10 min drive,with local markets and shops and significantly cheaper than Diani .
There are also a number of internet cafes and mobile phones from Europe and UK do normally work .
Depending on your budget , there is no limit of things to do : diving,dhow sailing,dolphine and whale watching,deep sea fishing,safari,bird watching,....

However mobile phones from the UK and Europe do work in the area,there are also a number of internet cafes. Most bars do have satellite TV , if you do not want to miss important news or sport events .
