Overview

It is located in Diani Beach, only 30 miles south of Mombasa, Kenya, which is a major int'l airport. The villa has 3 large bedroooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Plus a very large patio with everything you can dream, as you can see in the pics. Villa also has a big yard with frangipani trees, hybiscus flowers, etc. Compound swimming pool is located 20 mt. away from the property and, as the compound is consisting of only 8 villas, it is very likely to have no other guests at the swimming pool
Villa's features: Big living room/ Kitchen fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silver cuttlery, pans, gas cooker, fridge, freezer/ Fully equipped storage room/ 2 double bedrooms w. king-size beds both w. fan (only one room with a/c)/. Plus one bedroom with two single beds. All beds have mosquito net and there are very large closets in the three bedrooms/. There are 2 large bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower/ Blankets, towels, pillows are provided/ Emergency lights automatically go on in case of lacking power situations/ Compound staff-attended swimming pool with lounge chairs, mattresses and beach towels/ Housekeeping & laundry services are included/ Security nightime watch service ward included/ Prime welcome kit included (Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, fruits, mineral water)/ Only one between houseboy and cook is included(if you need both, it's gonna be only 5 euros extra per day)./ You may arrange to choose to have a cook instead of having housemaid service/ Extra staff 5 euros per househelper per day/ You can rent a car for about 20/25 euros a day or rent a motorbike for about half that price.
