Overview

Available for rent is our newly built 3 bedroomed private villa in an unspoilt area of Brufut. The villa is in a private compound around 600m from the beach. We have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large lounge, dining room, kitchen, bar, roof top terrace (from which you can see the sea), verandah from the dining room (ideal for breakfast), swimming pool, gardens with sitting areas, manager (lives in a small house at the rear of the villa), security man/gardener/pool man. Daily maid service. A washing and babysitting service is available payable locally.

2 bedrooms have a double bed and the third has a double and single bed, all have mosquito nets. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside cabinets. The other 2 bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The living room has a 3pc settee, centre table and coffee tables, tv/dvd and stereo. You will find a dining table and 6 chairs in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the crockery/utensils needed. Spare sheets and towels are available in each bedroom. The bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, the living and dining room have ceiling fans. On the roof terrace is a bamboo suite consisting of 2 x 3seater settees, 1 chair and a large table.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
