Overview

Centrally located spacious 2 bedroom apartment (4 sleeps) in Riviera Sharm complex, Sharm El Sheikh, equiped with everything you could need. TV, satellite with international channels, air conditioning in all rooms except bathroom, fridge freezer, toaster, blender etc. The complex is set in protected, private spectacular walled gardens, with lush lawns, palm trees and banana plants - in what can only be described as a peaceful idyllic oasis. It has a very central location; maximum 15 minutes walking distance from restaurants, night life, shops and the beach, and 10 km from Sharm El Sheikh international Airport. The normal let is for a week and is on a self-catering basis, but we will consider long term lets (over 1 month) and Short-breaks (4 days or less). The apartment is suitable for children, and we do not allow pets. Booking: a deposit has to be transferred to our account to book the apartment. The rest has to be paid cash upon arrival. We will provide further info about payment upon further interest. For your convenience you will be met at Sharm airport by our agent who will transport you to our apartment and return you there at the end of the holiday. For stays of 7 nights and more we offer the transfers free of charge. The price given is for the apartment not per person, and includes water and electricity, house keeping twice a week. Flights from UK: Book online with BA, cheapflights, XL flights or redseaflights. They fly to Sharm El Sheikh Airport and are reasonably priced. NOTE: due to the Egyptian law people with Egyptian or with any Arab nationality is not permitted to accommodate with one of the opposite sex, unless they are married. Since we have several apartments for rent in the same complex it is perfect for several families who want all the convenience of a central location but also want absolute peace, tranquility and security. Each has the privacy of a fine apartment only minutes away from each other, but sharing the same peaceful oasis and the idyllic pool. It is in the 2nd floor with private entrance, 2 balconies; one with garden view, 2 bedrooms; one with queen size bed and one with two single beds, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower cabinet, a big living room with dining table for four persons. Why not enjoy your breakfast or a lovely dinner on the balcony? Delivery service is very common in Egypt, which means that you can order a delicious dinner for approx 4 or 5 GBP or less per person. You can order everything by phone, from pharmacy, McDonalds, Indian, Egyptian, and even do your grocery shopping etc by phone.
