Live Luxor . Com Property and Tourism Services are happy to offer this excellent 2nd Floor flat, with a balcony overlooking the front of the house, as your perfect 'Home away from Home'.

It is located in our 4 storey house in the very beautiful and historic city of Luxor and is within very close walking distance of all the sites and amenities that this city has to offer.

The flat sleeps up to 4 persons and is decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard.

The rental cost for this property is just 700 Egyptian Pounds per week (around 78 GBP or 88 Euros)and contains everything needed to make your stay with us a happy, comfortable and memorable occasion. This rental cost is negotiable ONLY in the case of LONG TERM rental for periods of longer than 1 month and is NOT unfortunately negotiable for HOLIDAY rentals of 1-4 weeks.

The English owner of the house lives in her own flat on the Ground floor of the house and is therefore on hand at all times to assist guests with any enquiries or difficulties they may have.

We are pleased to offer our guests FREE wireless internet connection and the flat has air conditioning, satellite tv and DVD player.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
