Jewel of the Nile Villa/apartment for rent in Luxor west-bank Egypt has 3 apartments Each apartment has two large bedrooms one of which has an en-suite shower/bathroom, and a separate bathroom with a full-size bath and bidet. There is a large open plan living area with a fabulously equipped kitchen. The roof terrace with superb views across the river Nile and of Luxor temple,and vally of the Kings mountains, is also available for you pleasure. The accommodation is excellently furnished. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and wardrobes, is air-conditioned and has a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, ample wardrobe space and is also air-conditioned.
The open-plan living area is fully air-conditioned and has a dining area and a sitting room with satellite television. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, large range cooker, washing machine, microwave and a dishwasher. All rooms have balconies. Towels and bed linen are provided.
There is a full time caretaker on site, who will take care of your cleaning and shopping needs. Several restaurants and small supermarkets are within easy walking distance of the villa. The Gezira Gardens Hotel is only a couple of streets away and they allow non-residents to use their pool and Jacuzzi for a fee of 15 LE per person.

This is a very well located apartment at the edge of the very charming villages of Ramlah and Gezira on Luxor’s West (and nicest) Bank. A few meters away from the Nile and the ferry to cross to the East Bank, where some of the main tourist attractions are, the apartment is within minutes' walk of shops for those that prefer to eat in and is close to a large number of good restaurants. Service and attention at the apartment are excellent - with the friendly and super-helpful Nasser always on hand. Nobi Hassan, the apartment's owner, is a real star. He did everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He helped arranging trips in Luxor, a fantastic dahabiyya cruise of the Nile to Aswan and access to drivers and guides all the way down to Abu Simbel. He also gave great advice when we wanted the freedom to arrange our own activities. All in all, a fantastic holiday and great value for money with wonderful service by very friendly and nice people.

the best place to be in Luxor when you like privacy, a splendid view, great food around the corner, a relaxed rooftop (for breakfast but also a book in the shade)and a helping hand to find your way around.
we had a wonderful time in beautiful Luxor!

This holiday destination lives up to its promise - very comfortable, clean accomodation with all mod cons. The West Bank is peaceful and very laid back, but only momemts away from the sights and the busy town of Luxor on the East Bank. The people are generous and warm-hearted and made my stay with them especially memorable. If you're looking for a mixture of chill-out, sight-seeing and experiencing a little of the real Egypt, then this is the place to come. There's no hassle or pressure to do the 'tourist' thing. A gentle trip down the Nile in a felucca is especially recommended.
