Spacious AC Modern Apartment (sleeps 6} This Apartment has recently been refurbished and furnished to a high standard. Consists of entrance lounge, lounge/diner containing two comfortable sofa beds, 2 bedrooms, one contains a King Size Bed, the other has twin beds and there is also a baby cot. Fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer,washing machine, cooker with 5 rings, oven & grill,kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Large bathroom with Jacuzzi & Shower. Marble floors throughout. Exclusive use of the roof terrace with sun loungers tables & chairs and a barbeque. Enjoy Satelite TV, internet, DVD player, CD Player, hairdryer, safety deposit box, a pay as you go Mobile telephone using the local network will be available for your use. I live in the building and will be available should you require any assistance in person or by telephone.
Deposit payable at time of booking £75 with balance payable on arrival.
